In short: By using MyLinkz, you accept these Terms. You are responsible for your content. We offer three packages (Basic, Pro, Ultimate). In case of abuse, we may suspend your account.

Scope
These Terms of Service apply to all services provided by MyLinkz.io via https://mylinkz.io.
By registering, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Service Description
MyLinkz is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) that enables users to create a central landing page with multiple links.
Available packages:

Important: All premium packages are one-time payments - no monthly subscriptions! After payment, you have lifetime access to the purchased features.
Contract & Registration
Valid information must be provided during registration: email, username, password.
Minimum age: 16 years (per GDPR Art. 8)
User Obligations
You agree to provide truthful information and must keep login credentials confidential.
Prohibited content:
- Illegal, offensive, pornographic content
- Spam, phishing, malware
- Copyright infringement
- Hate speech, discrimination
In case of violation: Account suspension without prior notice is possible.
Copyright & User-Generated Content
⚠️ Important - Copyright Responsibility:
You are solely responsible for all content (images, videos, music, text) that you upload to MyLinkz. You guarantee that you have all necessary rights or required licenses.
Your obligations when uploading content:
- Proof of ownership: You confirm that you own all uploaded content or have the required usage rights.
- License grant: You grant MyLinkz.io a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to store and display your uploaded content.
- No infringement: You confirm that your content does not violate any third-party rights (copyright, trademark, personality rights).
- Indemnification: You agree to indemnify MyLinkz.io against all third-party claims arising from unlawful content.
Notice & Takedown Procedure (DMCA):
MyLinkz.io takes copyright infringement seriously. If you believe your copyrights have been violated, you can send a DMCA notice to support@mylinkz.io (Subject: "DMCA Takedown Request").
The notice must include:
- Your contact details (name, email, phone)
- Description of the copyrighted work
- URL of the infringing content on MyLinkz.io
- Statement that you are acting in good faith
- Your electronic or physical signature
Upon receipt of a complete DMCA notice, we will review the disputed content within 24-48 hours and remove it if necessary.
Automatic Content Moderation:
MyLinkz.io reserves the right to remove uploaded content without notice if it violates these Terms. In case of serious or repeated violations, the account may be suspended without refund.

Payment Terms
Premium packages (Pro & Ultimate) are one-time payments via Stripe. There is no automatic renewal or monthly subscriptions. After successful payment, you receive lifetime access to the purchased features.
Prices:
Pro: $9 (one-time)
Ultimate: $15 (one-time)

Payments are securely processed via Stripe. We do not store credit card data.
Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of contract.
Termination & Deletion
The account can be deleted at any time via the settings. Since premium packages are one-time payments, there is no monthly cancellation. Access to premium features remains lifetime, as long as the account is not deleted.
Upon account deletion, all data is deleted (links, statistics, profile). Payment history is retained for 10 years for legal reasons.
Liability
MyLinkz is fully liable for intentional acts and gross negligence. Otherwise, liability is limited to typical, foreseeable damages.

Changes to Terms
Changes will be announced 30 days in advance by email.
Applicable Law
Swiss law. Place of jurisdiction: Baar, Switzerland.
