In short: We take privacy seriously! We only collect what's necessary, don't share data with third parties (except for payments via Stripe), and you always have control over your data. Servers are located in Germany (EU), we are GDPR compliant.

2. What data do we collect?
2.1 Data during registration
When you register with MyLinkz, we store:
- Email address (for login, support)
- Username (for your public URL)
- Password (encrypted with bcrypt)
- Display name, profile picture & bio (optional, publicly visible)
- Registration date
2.2 Technical data

We do NOT store credit card data!
Payments are processed via Stripe. We only receive: Stripe session ID, payment status, amount & date.

- Contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b)): Account management, service provision
- Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)): Statistics, security
- Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)): Future marketing emails (opt-in)
